1. How much does it cost to be a member of Navsports?
Navsports.com.au is a free service for members and clubs. There is a premium service which will be available in the near future for
Clubs, which includes one year membership, ability to upload video to the club profile, Navsports
email address and much more for a price of $99.95.
2. How does Navsports work?
All members of Navsports can submit sporting websites they come accross on the web wether they contain news articles, videos or sports photos they all can be submitted to us.
All websites submitted go into the pending submission page, here they can be cheered (voted) for by all Navsports members.
Once a submission receives a critical number of cheers (currently set at 7) then it will land on the Navsports homepage for all to see.

3. What age do you have to be to sign up?
Navsports is available at the moment to 14 years and up. We are building exciting new features that will allow new members from 6yrs and up, so keep tuned.
4. Who can become a member of Navsports?
Anyone can become a member of Navsports; as long as they are 14yrs and up.
5. Are my details safe?
Navsports have strict policies for the protection of personal rights, we do have set
Terms and Conditions
and
Privacy Policy
that all members and uses are bound by (see Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for more info).
Because the information you supply is publicly viewable we cannot guarantee that it will not be
misused by others.
6. What are the benefits of becoming a member?
The benefits include being able to search and find all your local communities sports clubs
information and being able to create and customize your own personal profile and link with
your friend. Clubs have the benefit of being able to promote their club on the biggest sports
portal and social network in Australia.
7. What does "Associate with this club" mean?
Associate with a club means you, as a member become an associated member of the club. You
have not actually joined this club, but are only associated with them on the Navsports website.
Members can become associated with a maximum of 12 clubs at once, and do so by viewing the clubs
profile and click on the "Associate with this club" button.
Members have the right to unassociate with any club at any time, and Clubs have the right to unassociate any member at any time.

8. Are there any initial or ongoing costs to become a member?
Navsports.com.au is 100% free for members and always will be.
9. Are there any policies or guidelines members have to follow?

10. Will Navsports decide to expand the number of sports they offer?
Yes Navsports aims to have an estimate of 500 sports listed.
11. What year was Navsports first established?
Navsports has been a work in progress since 2004 and was originally called PracticePartners.com.au.
12. Does Navsports offer any chance for work experience, casual, part-time or full time work?
Yes as the site grows in popularity we expect to take on new employees, if you have any interest

We are currently active in Australia and our next release will be in America hopefully sometime
in the near future.

At the moment Navsports is only offered in English.

You must show us reason why you should be accepted back as a member of Navsports, it will be up
to management to decide. You can send an email to

The Navsports website is cross browser compatible, meaning that the site should work on most browsers.
Try to refresh the page, restart your computer or check with your ISP if you are having continueing

18. What is the objective of Navsports?
Our objective is to provide a premium service for all sports clubs in the world to promote their
businesses and also create the largest social networking site revolving around sports, in effect
linking communities and their sports. You can read more on our

19. What is an ITN?
ITN stands for International Tennis Number and is a ranking system in Tennis from number 1 to
number 10, 1 being advanced level and 10 being beginners level.
20. What screen resolution is Navsports best viewed with?
1024 x 768 and higher are the best screen resolution to view Navsports.com.au.
21. I have received unwanted emails form other members of Navsports, what do I do to stop this?
If you would not like to be contacted by other members or clubs, you can do so in the Account
Settings section of your Edit Profile.
If the email was inappropriate, contact us immediately at support@navsports.com.au with all the details you have and we will take care of it straight away. We will not tolerate abuse of our site.
